Help from fellow bloggers needed here.

Now I am thinking of adding another horse to the stable.  I have for some time loved these bikes, but of course owning a Triumph I have been in the closet about it.  If Beth new what I was contemplating I am sure she would be most upset.

I am still not comitted to getting one, although it is seriously out there at there mo!

So which one is better the Red or Black?

Any help and comments on this issue would be most appreciated.  I am thinking black..........

There is so not gonna be any inheritance left for my kids when I kark it..........

  1. Crikey Roger, do you have permission? If you do, you're a lucky, lucky man with potentially 2 bikes in the stable!

What colour is a very personal matter and I wouldn't presume to tell you what to get. My own choice would be black because IMHO, it defines the total lines of the bike much better. The red doesn't look anywhere nearly as integrated.

Handsome-looking bike. Just curious, but what itch does it scratch that the Sprint doesn't? Always interested in what criteria people use to make in their choice of bikes.

  2. Such a tough call. Black always goes with everything. Think "black tie" event. But the red is eye-catching. But if you keep the ST, you don't need another red one... :)

    Tough decision. Get both! LOL.

  3. Even though I like red (I'm a big Ferrari fan) you already have a red bike, I would get the black. My Tenere I ordered and still waiting is black too :-)

  4. Geoff.....Its a Twin! and Italian, and naked, and bounds with character. The sprint is a great bike, I am looking for something different, ozzes character and sounds great. A fun bike that will never carry a pillion. I have always wanted a Guzzi, but they have always been beyond my price range. But This may be an offer that is too good to refuse. My partner is supportive, understands my passion. .....saying that I did have to sweeten the whole negotation with a Mac book. Seems to of done the trick!

  8. LOL. Apparently I am of the opinion that one can never have too many of a good thing. One just never covers the entire range of desires. If I could afford a second bike I would have it. But I do have multiple cameras and 3 kayaks... If it makes your heart stop and fly to the heavens...take advantage of it. :) Buy your partner her MacBook and a romantic weekend and be light in your heart on that beautiful machine.

Wow...am I waxing poetic, or what? Must be what nekked bikes do to me. Man I love 'em! LOL.

  9. Lori, I shall continue to think about it. On the other hand life is short......

But a Guzzi in the garage would be kind of cool!! heheheheh

  10. You throw a MacBook into the negotiation to get another bike? Smart move. I am going to try that on my hubby. Guzzi is a great choice, I just finished drooling over the 2011 models. And if you ask me: black would be my colour of choice. Good hunting!
